Thank you so much for your SRVIVE ATHLETICS™ purchase! Please review and read our Shipping & Return Policy carefully below.

SHIPMENTS

Please be mindful that all of our products are made per order.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 4-7 business days after purchase. After processing, your order will be shipped within the 2-7 business days.

All orders use USPS Priority Mail for orders over 1 pound and USPS First Class or DHL Expedited for orders 1 pound or less. No shipping on weekends and Holidays.

NOTE: USPS has extended ship times due to COVID19. This item may arrive later than normal.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED

My SRVIVE ATHLETICS™ will not be held responsible for any shipping delays, USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with your local United States Postal Service office. 

WRONG MAILING ADDRESS

SRVIVE ATHLETICS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.

Any orders that are returned to us by the mail carrier due to "invalid address" or "undeliverable address" can be reshipped, along with a processing and reshipment fee.

You will have 7-days to request a reshipment from the time it is sent back to us or from the time you state did not receive. After that time your order will be added back to our inventory and will no longer be available for reshipment.

WHY IS MY ORDER STILL IN "PRE-SHIPMENT"?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

All returns must be reported within seven (7) days from receipt of merchandise. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without odor, fragrance, hair, lint, etc. If seven (7) days have passed since your receiving the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. Shipping cost on returns will be responsible to the customer.

Please keep your tracking number. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it's unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.
